One year and four weeks..

Two highlights this week...

my new tab!

The first being that finally I fall under the category of people who own a tablet..thanks to my lil one..he wouldn't let me open my laptop in his presence...so I get a tablet and it's really handy , I can check my emails at regular intervals...oops I meant rather Facebook more regularly!

But I find typing lengthy stuff easier on laptop.
I got the Samsung galaxy Note and its really sleek..love the stylus pen, haven't used the pen much as yet.

Also shopped for first walking shoes for my baby..previously he wore prewalker shoes ..now as he is more comfortable walking than he is crawling ...it was time to get proper walking shoes for him. Loved the variety of cute baby shoes..the stock for for baby gurls is more tempting! Such cute shoes..I felt like picking up quite a few...but somehow made myself content with two of them :)

The second being the new year eve..A very Happy new year to all dear friends and their families!

Another year comes to an end a new one begins...when I was a kid I used to hear everyone talking about new yr resolutions....and used to find the idea very appealing. Secretly I used to make some resolutions too and try sticking to them for sometime...things like I will be less naughty , listen to mom more and blah blah...

As I grew up I discovered the word resolution meant nothing and was more of a fad ..Personally I have never met anyone who makes resolution and sticks to it..infact I think that all resolutions come with a best before date, which in majority of cases is 7 Jan xxxx.
From my end no New Year resolutions ever ! But New year party.. a definite yes yes yes !!!

We friends got together , had a pot luck party ...everyone was merry that night we all drank , danced and ate. That night Baby was the sole responsibility of daddy as per mutual consent ... I had decided to let my hair down and chill. Had drinks after 2 years..quite a long time!

Was totally high ..but still managed to click a picture of the cake before it was cut!

Baby was also happy that night, he played around with others. The other babies had each taken a nap at some point or the other except my lil one who was wide awake through out the party. Last year when he was just a couple of weeks old , we were at home and didn't do much..just wishing the lil one a Happy New Year...this year was a good celebrations ... Hoping this Year brings a loads of luck happiness and prosperity for us and for everyone else!!!
