One year one month first week..

Now my baby doesn't like crawling at all..he's walking all the time..and also keeps falling every now and then. I find myself following him from room to room...

time to shift the dinning table..

That day I was working on my laptop on the sofa and baby was playing on the floor, for a few seconds I was glued to my screen and in those few seconds my baby had manged to climb the sofa on his own...and was trying to climb on the dinning table kept next to it...that was a warning that I needed to rearrange the sitting room again..the dinning table had to shifted to the other corner to discourage such acrobats!

The coffee table which had been artfully sandwiched between two sofas is where we keep our laptops and my camera..that's still accessible to him and I find my self constantly guarding them from my naughty baby.... Keeping them tucked away on a high shelf or wardrobe is too taxing!

put me on bed so that I can climb down!

He's not just mastered the the art of climbing on to the sofa by himself...but also climbing down from the bed which if far higher..and he thoroughly enjoys doing that. Every time we put him on the bed to change his clothes he wriggles by and climbs down the bed ..knowing that we are gonna put him up again..He can't climb the bed on his own yet..but I guess its just a matter of few more weeks!

Riya had turned one in Dec last week...but cause of the Christmas rush..it was celebrated this weekend. It was a nice get together ...and there was Bouncy Castle for the kids and all the kids had a roaring time bouncing on it.

My baby was very happy and played a lot there...it's so much fun to watch them play....I have quit gymn but the way my baby makes me run after him ...very soon I am gonna loose all my flab..wishful thinking I must say ...lol :)

For the past one year, the 9th of every month has been very special to me...every month this day I would celebrate the x th month Bday..and this month when he's turned 13 months ...it was the first time that I didn't actually wish him a Happy Bday..but his father did wish him. That very evening my friend and her daughter Meera visited us..my baby was very happy to see Meera..so much that he kissed her not just once but thrice..that was the cherished moment of the week. The two babies looked absolutely darling playing with each other in their sleep suits...
